淞江集團(tuán)2017年在南通市雙甸工業(yè)區(qū)投資1.2億建設(shè)“年產(chǎn)120萬件減震器項目”，2018年12月建設(shè)完畢并搬遷至南通工廠；新工廠引進(jìn)大量自動化智能設(shè)備，主要包括自動配料機(jī)、自動投料機(jī)、自動煉膠機(jī)、數(shù)控下料機(jī)、數(shù)控切料機(jī)、自動成型機(jī)、自動硫化機(jī)、加工中心、數(shù)控車床、自動包裝機(jī)、自動纏繞機(jī)、自動纏膜機(jī)等；南通工廠擁有自己的檢測中心，主要檢測設(shè)備有3升密煉機(jī)、6寸開煉機(jī)、橡膠硫化儀、萬能拉力機(jī)、低溫測試儀、高溫測試儀、耐磨檢測儀、硬度檢測儀、水壓測試機(jī)、爆破試驗(yàn)機(jī)、疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)、光譜儀、氯離子檢測儀、模擬震動試驗(yàn)臺等檢測、試驗(yàn)設(shè)備；橡膠膨脹節(jié)最大生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)到DN4000mm。
